Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using CVbaker ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

We create professional personal websites based on your CV and inputs. Package features are listed on our site.

2. Orders & Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
• Taxes may apply based on your location and will be shown at checkout when applicable.

3. Delivery & Revisions

• Typical delivery is 24–48 hours after receiving complete content.
• Revisions included depend on your selected package and will be clarified during onboarding.
• Requests beyond scope may require an upgraded package or an additional fee (agreed in advance).

4. Domains & Hosting

• Starter includes a subdomain; Basic/Professional include a custom domain and hosting as described.
• If you already own a domain, we will help you point it to your new website.
• We use reputable hosting providers and aim for high uptime; minor maintenance windows may occur.

5. Your Content

• You confirm you have rights to the content you provide and that it does not infringe third‑party rights.
• You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to create and deliver your website.
• We may showcase anonymized designs in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

6. Refunds

If we cannot deliver as described, we will provide a refund. Contact support@cvbaker.com within 7 days of order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your place of residence unless otherwise required by local law.
